Neem oil with Aloe Vera

Neem oil in combination with Aloe Vera and essential oils can keep your skin hydrated and free from skin infections. Chop a few leaves of Neem; add two teaspoons of olive oil, two teaspoons of Aloe Vera liquid and one teaspoon of honey. Optionally you can add 1 teaspoon of eucalyptus oil to keep the ingredients fresh and antiseptic in nature.

Boil the ingredients in ½ cup of water for about 5 minutes. Then you can use it in your bath tub to soak your skin for 20 to 30 minutes. This treatment ensures your skin is free from dryness and required moisture content is retained within the skin cells.

Lavender oil, rosemary oil, eucalyptus oil and Neem oil with lemon syrup

Prepare a recipe of lavender oil, rosemary oil, eucalyptus oil and Neem oil with lemon syrup. Mix well. Add one teaspoon of vegetable oil. It helps in holding the ingredients of all the essential oils and penetrates them through the skin layers.

If you are to use these essential oils without a bonding agent like the vegetable oil, they would simply flow away from the surface layer your skin without having any useful effects. In order to increase the bonding you need to heat the mix to moderate temperature.

Cool the mix until it becomes a thick liquid. Apply it all over your skin, especially on those parts that are prone to dryness. Let it soak your skin for about 20 to 30 minutes. Then you can wash it off with warm water.

This procedure needs to be repeated thrice a week. You can expect to see visible results within a span of two to three weeks

Finger and toe nails care recipe

Your finger and toe nails are important parts of your skin which need to be cared and protected. Dirt accumulation in nail gaps can turn into serious infections if left without cleaning regularly. Dryness and brittleness are the two other potential damaging factors of nails. You can protect them from this condition by maintaining the moisture content in your skin at optimum levels.

Prepare a solution by adding two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar, one teaspoon of essential oil and one teaspoon of eucalyptus oil to 1 mug of pure water.

Boil the mix and cool it to lukewarm temperature. Dip your finger nails into the mix and soak them for about 20 minutes. Then scrub them gently for about 5 minutes.

You can see all the dirt and other toxic elements get removed from the nail layers and the gaps between them and fingers. Brightness of nails increases. Similarly you can follow the same procedure for your toe nails also.
