Jojoba oil needs to be added as carrier to make the ingredients penetrate the skin layers. Take two teaspoons of vitamin C oil, one teaspoon of essential oil, one teaspoon of jojoba oil and one teaspoon of Aloe Vera liquid in a bowl and mix well. You can also add one teaspoon of turmeric oil to enhance the antioxidant and antiseptic properties of the recipe.

Turmeric is also known to enhance the skin brightness and improve fair tone. Apply on facial and other skin areas uniformly. Dermatologists recommend applying of this liquid to your entire body skin. Let the liquid soak your skin for about 15 to 20 minutes and then take a warm water shower.

Avoid using soaps or other synthetic products while showering. Repeating this procedure once or twice a week can help in enhancing your skin radiance, health, tone and beauty within 5 to 6 weeks. Wrinkles get reduced considerably and aging lines are eliminated. Aging spots get eliminated. Your skin is also protected from common disorders like acne, rashes and heat spots.

Skin Strength

UV radiation is said to be one of the main reasons for development of wrinkles in your skin. Pregnancy and menstruation cycles can also cause imbalances in the hormone levels, leading to wrinkles and other aging signs.

Skin Strength Recipe

Take two teaspoons of turmeric powder, castor oil, one teaspoon of honey, one teaspoon of coconut oil, one teaspoon of vitamin c oil, one teaspoon of vitamin E oil and one teaspoon of Aloe Vera liquid in a bowl and mix well to form a paste.

If you wish to increase the quantity of paste you could increase the ingredients quantity proportionately.

Apply on skin areas which get frequently get exposed to sun. Let the paste soak your skin for about an hour before washing.

Skin Tone

Premature skin aging causes dullness of tone. It can be restored with a combination of fruit juices for consumption and a homemade paste for external application.

Take one tumbler of Pomegranate juice and add 1/2 teaspoon lemon syrup, 1 teaspoon honey, one teaspoon consumable Aloe Vera liquid and 1 teaspoon of Neem leaf extract (Take handful of Neem leaves and boil in ½ cup of water for 3 to 4 minutes. Let the water cool to room temperature this is the Neem leaf extract).

Neem leaf is required to reduce the dullness in skin. Consume this juice every morning just after you brush your teeth and drink one litre of pure water. Regular consumption can increase your skin tone considerably within a span of 6 to 7 weeks.

Skin Tone Paste

Take one ½ cup of coconut milk, 1 teaspoon of Indian Ginseng, and 1 teaspoon of honey, 1/2 teaspoon lemon syrup, 1 teaspoon milk, and one teaspoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon of Neem leaf extract and 2 teaspoons of turmeric powder.

Grate ½ of coconut and blend it with ½ cup of water. Filter out the liquid and re-blend the coconut twice more to extract the liquid.

Now you need to heat the coconut extract until it forms thick milk. Add the other ingredients to this milk and heat it until all they mix well into a thick liquid. Freeze it overnight to form a paste. Bring it to room temperature and apply on skin areas exposed to sun’s UV radiation.

You need to repeat this procedure twice in a week to get visible results within a span of 3 to 4 weeks.

Skin Immunity

Aging signs get multiplied while you recover from skin allergies and infections. One way of avoiding it is to prevent some of the commonly occurring skin infections caused by yeast, bacteria and other viruses. It is made possible by increasing the level of your skin immunity.

Pomegranate juice can give you internal strength for immunity while a paste of turmeric powder, Guggul oil, castor oil, vitamin C oil and honey can provide considerable immunity to the epidermis layer of your skin.

Since this paste needs to be applied to your entire body skin, take the ingredients in the ratio of 2:0.5:0.25:1:0.5 respectively and prepare the paste. Get it massaged on your skin and soak for about 20 minutes before taking shower.
