  • Prepare a mixture of jaggery powder, ghee haematite and sea salt in a bowl

You need to take ½ cup of each ingredient. Beat them into fine paste. Apply the paste onto skin areas affected by warts and shrunk skin. Regularly drink one litre of pure water in empty stomach early in the morning after you brush your teeth.

  • Eat foods that are rich in vitamin C, E, B6 and B12

Consult your doctor for natural supplements and capsules which help in enhancing the collagen levels in your skin. Of course you can’t expect to have the skin tightness which you used to enjoy during your teens and adult years, but you will be able to restore healthy skin conditions of 40+ without wrinkles and warts.

  • Stress needs to be handled with care

Aging could cause negative thinking to seep into your mind fast. This is a highly corrosive element which can quickly turn into physical stress and affect the health of your skin. So you need to change your lifestyle into a dynamic one. Regular sleep for 8 hours should not be missed.

Relax your skin with regular essential oil, sea salt and Guggul oil massages. Castor oil is another recommended ingredient for massages. Add one cup of castor oil with ½ cup of Aloe Vera, ½ cup of cucumber extract, ½ cup of honey and two teaspoons of Aloe Vera liquid in a bowl.

Heat the ingredients to moderate temperature until they mix finely. Cool to room temperature and apply onto your skin areas. Then you can get a complete body massage which makes them penetrate into your skin layers. Repeating this procedure once a week can restore the balance of collagen to considerable extent and your skin tightness improves to visible levels.

Middle Aged Skin Breakouts

Middle age women experience serious hormone imbalances during menopause. This is the time when the levels of estrogens, testosterones and progesterone undergo fluctuations.

Facial hair growth, oily skin, dehydration, hyper pigmentation, age spots and other skin disorders could increase during menopause.

Hydration is the first step towards restoring order even in this case. Water and fruit juices consumption need to be practiced regularly.

Add two teaspoons of honey, ½ cup of cucumber extract, ½ cup of Apple slices and 1 teaspoon of Indian female ginseng powder. Mix them in a bowl and crush them in a blender.

Now you need to heat the liquid to form thin paste by adding 2 teaspoons of turmeric powder. Let it cool to room temperature. Apply onto skin areas affected by spots. Following this procedure for 3 to 4 weeks can considerably reduce these spots on your skin.

  • Acne

Acne is caused due to excess oil production in your skin. You need to find out the right cause of acne. If it is due to hormones then you need to consult your gynaecologist and take appropriate steps to skin care for middle age acne.

If it is due to other middle aged skin conditions like reactions to skin cell oxidation (UV) and skin infections you can depend on homemade recipe to get rid of them.

Prepare a mix of ½ cup apple cider vinegar, two teaspoons of Lemon oil, one teaspoon of Aloe Vera liquid and ½ cup of basil water (rinsed in basil, boiled and cooled). Apply onto acne affected skin areas. You need to let the mix soak your skin overnight. Then you can shower in the morning.

Treating Middle Aged Bad Skin

Middle aged bad skin is a condition in which it starts developing layers of dead skin. It could be due to many reasons including lack of nutrients, excess exposure to heat and humidity, decreasing collagen etc.

Healthy foods with vitamin, C, E and B6 can help restore collagen to considerable levels. Scrubbing your skin regularly with apple cider vinegar can reduce the layers of dead skin and allow new skin cells to grow.
